As wine importer and wholesaler, Vintropolis Imports searches for unique varietals and producers of superb quality that have not yet been brought to Texas, and many that are not currently available in the US. The Vintropolis portfolio contains smaller and mid-size producers, with some organic and biodynamic wineries.
The ownership of Vintropolis, being from a family who once farmed many acres, relates to and advocates the preservation of land resources as well as talent in the winemaking process.
Regions currently represented are from Argentina, Uruguay, Spain, France, and soon adding Portugal and Italy.
Grape varietals are: Malbec, Bobal, Tempranillo, Macabeo, Verdejo, Petit Verdot, Tannat, Semillon (sparkling), Airen, Tempranillo Rose (sparkling).
